The Asian Business Forum North East was founded by Sunil Khanna in 2004. Sunil was the chairman up until 2009 but has now stepped down, however he is still on the committee and actively involved. The aim of the forum is to support Asian business talent and organisations in the region. Interacting with the North East Asian community helps to bring many benefits along with the opportunity to organise a diverse range of business and social events throughout the year.
An Exciting Social Evening

One such social event was arranged for business people across the region at the Premier Travel Inn, Newcastle. The Asian Business Forum annual dinner was held here where key members of the North East Business Community were brought together. Business people from all faiths including representatives from various professional services such as banks, accountancy and legal firms were able to enjoy a night of networking and entertainment. As well as the chance to network during the Asian Business Forum annual dinner, guests enjoyed:-

Sunil Khanna, chairman of the forum and owner of Medicentre Pharmacy said “it will be a wonderful evening for everyone and a great opportunity to network. As the President and former Chairman, Sunil Khanna welcomes contributions and investment in helping to take this innovative organisation forward. Although Sunil stepped down in 2009 as Chairman, he is still on the Asian Business Forum Committee.
