What is Hatha Yoga Poses:

According to Wikipedia Yoga is a sage of 15th-century India, a program of Yoga released by Swatmarama, and compiler of the Yoga Pradipika. As an easy way of physical refinement, Swatmarama features Hatha Yoga in this treatise the body techniques for higher relaxation. The term Hatha is joint of the words Ha and Tha meaning sunlight. A Yogi needs to join together sun (manly, active) energy using the moon energy, hence producing stability and enlightenment in an individual.

Traditionally, Hatha yoga is created by Lord Shiva. It's stated that to Parvati he gave the knowledge of Hatha Yoga on the lonely island, but a Bass(type of fish) heard the whole discussion. Shiva got mercy about the fish (Matsya) and created him a siddha (Buddha), who came into existence referred to as Matsyendra. Yoga was shown by Matsyendra to Goraksha and also to Chaurangi. It was given by Goraksha.

Hatha Yoga is just a solid exercise done-for healing and body purification. Hatha Yoga is what many people within the world that is Western word with the phrase "Yoga" and it is mostly applied for mind and physical health.
Type Of Hatha Yoga Poses:

Halasana: That is also called “Plow Posture”. Lie down on the ground with your back relaxing on ground and hands positioned besides the body. Lift your legs up in 90-degree position within the path that is upward. (Consider the assistance of one's hands if required). Rest your hands in your back again to help you as support. Now, bring your legs down from above your head. This posture is called Halasana. Stay constant within this present for around 15-20 seconds.

Matsyasana: This asana is also known as “Fish Pose”. Lie down on floor and keep your hands behind your body & straight your legs. Lift up chest region of your body. Slowly, lift up your buttocks that you can easily slide your hands under the buttock and take them rest on your palms. Meanwhile, lifting your upper body in upward direction, let rest your head crown on the ground. Stay in this direction for at least 30 second, then slowly get release it.

Salamba Sarvangasana: It is well know as supported shoulder stand Asana. An individual need to lie down on the floor, place hands beside the body, just like taking rest. Slowly lift your legs in upward direction, bring these in the direction of 90 degree and now swing upward direction. Rest your shoulder and let your hands, support from your back to complete this pose. Stay in this position for 30 seconds, then release slowly.

Bhujangasana: This pose is also renowned as “Snake Pose”. Lie your belly on the floor and take your hand (palm) on the floor near to your chest. Legs should be straight and the upper part of your feet should touch the floor. Lift up your upper part of body (chest) only but not your hips. Keep yourself in this position for 30 seconds or up to 1 minute, then release.

Padangusthasana: “Big Toe Pose” is an another name of this asan. Stand straight on the floor like a mountain and maintain the distance of at least 6 inches between your two legs. After taking a deep breath, bend yourself downward from waist. Touch the toes and fingers of feet with hands. Remember, not to bend your knees. Close your eyes and remain in this position for 30 second.

4. Increases Body Strengthen: Yoga poses are weight bearing, are used for different measures of moment, and so are repeated multiple instances during a training. It is a fantastic option for conditioning that is practical because it allows your system to become equally expanded and strengthened in roles that your physique is naturally in on a day-to-day basis.

5. Helps with cravings: It Is A huge one for me! When my body is off-balance I've a variety of cravings (who doesn’t??) Yoga is fantastic for helping to curb all sorts of wacky factors including oversleeping, overeating, the need smoking or to drink, consume glucose and balancing our devices and more!
