Camp Vicente Lim -- Police Regional Office CALABARZON bagged the Gold Eagle Award - the highest award conferred by the Philippine National Police to its units under the Proficiency Stage of Performance Governance System.
RD PRO4A PCSUPT Ma. O Ranada Aplasca personally received the Gold Eagle Award accompanied by his Deputy Regional Director for Administration and Chairman Regional Technical Working Group for PNP PATROL Plan 2030 PCSUPT Leonardo M Cesneros, the Regional Chief Directorial Staff and Chief Regional Police Strategy Management Unit PSSUPT Richard F Dela Rosa, and the Regional Advisory Council Vice Chairman Dr. Adiel H. De Torres.
The award was given during the Conferment Ceremony for the 6th Batch Proficient PNP Offices/Unit held today March 26, 2018 at Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City.
PRO4A has garnered a total score of 96.64% bested the other regional offices in the entire country.
“As we are strengthening our various anti-criminality programs, we are also looking into the continuous support of other stakeholders such as the Advisory Councils in ensuring that we are aligning all our efforts and be compliant to the PNP PATROL PLAN 2030 which is the road map towards transformation,” RD Aplasca said.
PCSUPT Aplasca also thanked the Technical Working Group, the Regional Advisory Council headed by Honorable Arlene B Arcillas,Representative of the 1st District of Laguna as the Chairman and the rest of the members of the Police Regional Office CALABARZON for the unending cooperation to the region’s vision of peaceful CALABARZON communities conducive to Economic and Social Development for the Well-being and happiness of its people by the year 2019.
The Performance Governance System includes Initiation stage, Compliance, Proficiency, and the Institutionalization Stage.(PIO-PRO4A)
