The Quezon Provincial Nutrition Action Office (PNAO) and the Provincial Nutrition Multi-Sectoral Council bestowed the Quezon Gawad Parangal sa Nutrisyon – 2nd runner-up Outstanding Municipal Nutrition Committee upon the Municipality of Pagbilao, July 25, 2018 at the Quezon Convention Center.
Aside from the above award, Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS) Coordinator, in the person of Arlene Leyes, from Brgy. Del Carmen was awarded as 2nd runner-up for Outstanding Barangay Nutrition Scholar.
The said Quezon Gawad Parangal sa Nutrisyon is yet another proof of the LGU’s efficient implementation of programs and projects that uphold the health and well-being of Pagbilao citizens through the Municipal Health Office, Barangay Health Workers and Barangay Nutrition Scholars.
The award was given in line with the 3rd Gawad Parangal sa Nutrisyon of all Barangay Nutrition Scholars and Q1K Coordinators in Quezon Province.
