ANTIPOLO CITY, Rizal - Rizal Police Provincial Office, Officer-In-Charge, Police Colonel Renato S Alba reported to Calabarzon Regional Director Police Brigadier General Edward E Carranza the arrest of 2 suspects allegedly Big Time Drug Pushers
Police Colonel Alba identified the suspects as, 1. CECIL ALEJANDRO Y AQUINO alias "CECIL", Female, 32 years old, born on July 20, 1987 in Marikina City and 2. RJAY ALONZO Y JORGOS alias 'RJAY", male, 31 years old, both resident of Saint Anthony Phase I, Brgy. Inarawan, Antipolo City and Live in Partners

Initial investigation disclosed that on or about 1:00 AM of September 5, 2019 personnels of Intel/City Drug Enforcement Team of Antipolo City Police Station with PDEA Coordination conducted Buy-bust Operation which resulted to the arrest of alias CECIL and her Live-in Partner alias RJAY, after alias CECIL sold to the poseur buyer one (1) pc Heat-sealed Transparent Plastic Sachet (HSTPS) containing white crystalline substance suspected to be Shabu. Upon arrest, apprehending officers managed to recover from the possession and control of alias CECIL and alias RJAY additional Thirteen (13) pcs HSTPS containing white crystalline substance suspected to be SHABU, Buy-bust money worth Php. 1000.00, Two (2) packs Plastic, One (1) pc digital Weighing Scale and One (1) pc brown with white strife Hand bag. Total confiscated shabu weighs more or less 110 grams and with estimated streer value ammounting to 748,000 pesos.
The arrested suspects after having been informed of their constitutional rights together with the confiscated suspected drugs/shabu were brought to Antipolo CPS for investigation and proper disposition. The suspects and pieces of evidence will be brought to Rizal Provincial Crime Laboratory Office (SOCO) for laboratory examination. Criminal Complaint for Violation of RA 9165 otherwise known as “The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002” is being prepared by Antipolo MPS for filing before the City Prosecutors Office, Antipolo City, Rizal.
