| Rizal Governor Rebecca “Nini” Ynares extended her congratulations to all the athletes, coaches, trainers and teachers who trooped to the Marikina Sports Complex and participate in the annual Palarong Panlalawigan 2019. The governor encouraged all athletes to do their best and exemplify sportsmanship and camaraderie through the games.
