TANZA, Cavite – Twelve representatives from selected cooperatives in the province completed the five-session business development training organized by the Provincial Cooperative, Livelihood and Entrepreneurial Development Office’s (PCLEDO) thru the Coop iCreate Ladderized Training for Cooperatives.

According to PCLEDO, the training aims to provide potential entrepreneurs with comprehensive support that would enhance their skills and competencies to enable them to establish and operate their own competitive businesses on a sustainable basis.

The graduation ceremony was held at the Aqua Mira Hotel and Resort, Saddle and Clubs Leisure Park after the completion of the fifth and last session of the training.

Prior to the ceremony, the participants were partnered with business coaches who were also the panelists in the Business Plan Presentation. After each presentation, recommendations were given for some strategies to improve the participants’ business plan.

Ms. Liza Gabatan, PCLEDO Entrepreneurial Division Head congratulated the graduates while PCLEDO OIC Atty. Khervy B. Reyes, conveyed his congratulatory message with his assurance of provincial government’s support for the cooperatives’ growth.

“Another batch of trainees will soon be undergoing the same program,” Atty. Reyes stated.

Dr. Aldrin P. Antivola, Co-op iCreate Resource Person was elated for the success of the training. He advised the graduates to use what they have learned from the training, to stay determined and have the spirit of success.

The said training was initiated by the Provincial Government of Cavite through the Provincial Cooperative, Livelihood and Entrepreneurial Development Office (PCLEDO). (Ruel Francisco, PIA-Cavite/with reports from PICAD)
