To date, the town had recorded three confirmed positive cases; a 58 years old male and a 53 years old female both from Barangay San Jose1 and a 31 years old female from Barangay San Rafael 2.

All three had tested negative from the disease and now convalescing and continuously to be monitored for the next 14 days.

Dra. Bucu was happy to say the town had not recorded new COVID-19 cases for the past three weeks.

This is mainly due to the strict implementation of the quarantine protocols by the local government in coordination with the Local Disaster and Risk Reduction and Management Unit led by Jeg Alix. (Ruel Francisco, PIA-Cavite with reports from Dennis Abrina)
