TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite — On Tuesday, September 28, 2021, Noveleta Town Mayor Dino Reyes-Chua celebrated his birthday by launching several priority projects.
The ceremonial water drinking and formal water gate bulb opening of the Tubig Pag-asa water system was led by Mayor Chua, MAYNILAD official Norman Kahulugan, Tubig Pag-asa Program Manager Maridette Tabuco, and Sitio Aplaya Residents Association President Belinda Sacapano.
The 'patubig,' or water system, will provide water to approximately 302 families in Sitio Aplaya, Barangay San Rafael III.
“Lahat po tayo ay nagsisimula sa malinis na tubig, hindi na po mahihirapan ang ating mga kababayan dito sa Sitio Aplaya para sa malinis na tubig na maiinum, na dati ay hinahakot pa natin mula sa labasan,” Mayor Dino Chua said.
Dino Chua also led the turnover of Noveleta College of Technology, a new ambulance for the Noveleta Health Office's 'Doc to Door' program.
He also led the inauguration of several facilities including the new Fire Station Building in the municipal grounds, San Jose Fitness Gym, new E-Library located in Brgy. San Jose 2, the new wing of the Noveleta MedCare Hospital, and the street lights along the stretch of Barangay San Rafael III and IV.
He also presided over the groundbreaking ceremonies for the Noveleta Crematorium and Columbarium, as well as the Cavite State University (CvSU) Noveleta Campus in TIP compound and the Unlad Noveleta Gymnasium in Brgy San Rafael III.
In the upcoming May 2022 elections, Mayor Chua, Vice Mayor Arlyn Torres, and the party-members of the municipal council will run for reelection.(with reports from Mayor Dino Reyes-Chua FB page/Dennis Abrina)
