TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite - Mayor Gemma Lubigan posted her search for new beneficiaries of the Lubigan Powercouple Foundation, Inc. under its “Kalinga Program” on Facebook.
Based on his post, the monthly financial assistance is for residents of their city who are disabled and aged 17 and under.
The Lubigan Powercouple Foundation, Inc. under its “Kalinga Program” is now looking for new beneficiaries who will be provided monthly subsidies to support their needs for survival. ”Lubigan said on Facebook.
“For interested Treceños, please bear in mind the following QUALIFICATION and supporting DOCUMENTS:
1. He or she is a person with disability
2. Age must be 17 years old and below
3. Must be a resident of Trece Martires City
4. Application form must be supported with
a. Philippine registry form for person with disability version 2.0
b. One (1) whole body picture
c. Proof of residency ”
Note by the mayor, applicants interested in becoming beneficiaries will undergo evaluation.
