SAN ANDRES, Quezon - The Makapaya Hill and Nabaroto Falls were the subjects of site validation and measurements as part of the strategy to improve and spruce up the eco-tourism destinations in San Andres.

Mayor Ralph Edward Lim led the validation process for putting the local government's tourism development plans into action, working with officials from DPWH-Catanauan, tourism professionals, and an engineering team.

There are plans to build a pavilion at the top of Makapaya Hills so that visitors can stop and unwind and add rails at the mountain's base to ensure safety.

The Nabaroto Water will also be installed with a concrete road and stairs to Spring and Falls to ensure tourists' safety, especially during the rainy season.

The local government of San Andres is expecting an influx of people who want to visit to see the beauty of the eco-tourism sites in their town.
