TAYTAY, Rizal - In the recently concluded 1st Poise Rhythmic Gymnastics National Competition, the Taytay, Rizal team won 16 gold medals.
The aforementioned team was successful in bringing honor to the province through such a sports competition.
Among those who brought home medals were Sapphira Maybelle Manayon, Trisha Mae Montifalcon, Cristalin Zoe Valencia, and Fatima Mia Coronado, who each grabbed four gold medals.
Only women compete in rhythmic gymnastics at the national, world, and Olympic levels.
According to rhythmic gymnastics standards, there are four different scores in rhythmic gymnastics: difficulty, artistry, execution, and deduction.
