LIPA CITY, Batangas — Batangas continues to strengthen its appeal as both an industrial and lifestyle destination with the opening of The Golf Range at LIMA Estate, the latest addition to Biz Hub at LIMA Estate — the country's first industry-driven central business district.
Developed by Partners & Properties Inc., the facility is the company's second golf range project following its inaugural development in Central Luzon. Spanning more than one hectare, the range features 24 driving bays, a café, and professional coaching services.
Designed for golfers of all skill levels, it caters to the estate community as well as residents and visitors from across Batangas and nearby provinces.
Future phases will include a second-level commercial component and an 18-hole golf course.
Its opening reflects the continued evolution of life within LIMA Estate beyond the workday. As the country's largest fully integrated industry-anchored development, the estate is home to more than 200 locators and approximately 75,000 employees.
Over the years, it has steadily evolved to support a growing range of lifestyle, commercial, and community needs. This transformation gave rise to Biz Hub at LIMA Estate — a district that complements the estate's industrial base with spaces for recreation, dining, business, and everyday convenience.
Biz Hub at LIMA Estate is the estate's industry-driven central business district, built around an active industrial ecosystem that generates continuous economic activity across manufacturing, logistics, and services. Its growth is driven by workforce density and sustained enterprise activity within one of the country's largest industrial estates.
Residential communities such as The Villages at LIMA Estate, Campo Verde, and Summer Hills are situated close to major employment centers shaped by industrial and shift-based operations. Workforce development is supported through Batangas State University–LIMA Campus and Edustria, aligning skills development with enterprise requirements within the estate.
LIMA Tower One extends this ecosystem into IT-BPM and enterprise functions, located alongside industrial activity, while Holiday Inn & Suites Batangas Limapark supports the growing demand for business travel linked to ongoing operations.
Beyond work, daily life within the estate is supported by a growing mix of retail, recreation, hospitality, and mobility infrastructure.
The Outlets at LIMA Estate, LIMA Exchange, The Golf Range at LIMA Estate, and Aboitiz Pitch serve workers, residents, and visitors alike, while the Red Link Hub electric transport network enhances internal mobility and the LIMA Gateway exit to the STAR Tollway improves regional connectivity.
"Our decision to invest in LIMA Estate reflects our confidence in the platform that the Aboitiz Group has built," said Arnulfo Delos Reyes, President of Partners & Properties Inc. "It provides a stable and credible environment where developments like The Golf Range can take shape with a clear view of long-term demand."
The opening of The Golf Range reflects how development within LIMA Estate continues to evolve alongside the needs of its thriving industrial community.
"Biz Hub at LIMA Estate reflects a growing market demand for destinations where industry and everyday life intersect," said Rafael Fernandez de Mesa, President and CEO of Aboitiz Economic Estates and Aboitiz Land. "Its growth is being shaped by the strength of an existing economic ecosystem, creating opportunities for new investments across retail, hospitality, services, recreation, and enterprise."
The Golf Range is the latest addition to Biz Hub at LIMA Estate, further strengthening Batangas' emergence as a destination where industry, business, recreation, and community converge. As new investments continue to take root, the district demonstrates how the province is evolving beyond its manufacturing strengths into a more integrated economic and lifestyle hub.
