UNISAN, Quezon - The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) will be distributing tomorrow, March 21, Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) to around 222 farmers in Quezon province.

Agrarian Reform Secretary John R. Castriciones, who is expected to personally hand the land titles to the new agrarian reform beneficiaries, said that the agency will be giving away 327 hectares of agricultural lands covering different municipalities.

These towns include Atimonan, Calauag, Lopez, Plaridel, Tagkawayan, Buenavista, Gen. Luna, Mulanay, and San Narciso.

Aside from the distribution of CLOAs, the DAR will also turn over four hauling trucks worth P3.6 million each to four agrarian reform beneficiaries’ organizations in Quezon.

The CLOA distribution will be held at the Remedios Etorma Suarez Memorial Auditorium in Unisan, Quezon. (DAR)
