The recommendation from TQCSI for certification was received last May 21. Schools Division Superintendent of Tayabas City, Catherine P. Talavera, CESO VI was also key to the certification for her encouragement and support.

Regional Director III, Carlito D. Rocafort was represented by Quality Assurance Division (QAD) Chief, Edenia O. Libranda. She pointed out the importance of the certification and its impact on the delivery of quality basic education since teachers are the front liners of service.
