TAYABAS CITY - A 16 year-old autistic girl believed to have been raped was found dead at Brgy. Ibabang Bukal, this city on Thursday.
City police chief Major Mark Amat said the half- naked body of Danica Necerio, bore deep bruises while her neck sustained stab wound when he was found by his father Danilo.
Quoting the girl's mother, Amat said the victim, has been suffering from autism spectrum disorder since childhood.
He said the girl's body will be autopsied upon requests of her family to determine the cause of her death.
In a follow- up operation, Amat said his operatives collared Jun Ryan Francia, alias Bagamon, 33, farmer and neighbor of the victim at said village after he was pinpointed by a witness.
Francia denied the charges and claimed that he had nothing to do with the crime.
Rape with murder charges has been filed against him before the City Prosecutor’s Office Tayabas City.
Only last Monday, an 8 year- old girl was found lying dead in a forested portion of West Valley Subd., in Brgy. Masin Sur in Candelaria, Quezon.
Jannel Sanchez, a Grade 3 pupil was found half naked with blood stain on her private part and covered with grass by searching policemen.
The girl's confessed rapist- killer Ricardo Burce, 55, scrap and bottle collector and resident of said village was immediately collared by cops.
