Isn’t it a little strange that we are easily hyped about the appearance of Baybayin in some places, or we get excited for some local brands launching their product that uses Filipino words that we often hear, because for us, using unusual Filipino words is Aesthetically unique. It is incorrect in a way, the set up is kinda unfamiliar that we get to call it Unique.

Yes, we should feel kinda guilty about it, but also we should accept that apparently It always starts in seeing or hearing new words that leads to knowing.

It helps in an harmless way in promoting our own language, to make people more aware of what we have and curiously be engaged in studying our culture, Also in a side note It just happens that Filipino words and Baybayin is beautifully made so might as-well flaunt what we have.

I understand and proudly praise Filipinos for longing and trying enough for proving our own cultural existence, to be used, or to be seen everywhere inside our country, cause it felt limited from the start.

This People, who is pitching ideas trying to lead the way one signage, one creative branding, or one product development at a time is contributing in a way to show us all this time we have this kind of Identity that we could start on and we could stand by our own.

What I don’t understand is instead of supporting, we are dismissing them because of we thought it wouldn’t be practical. If we think these through what’s more unpractical is having comments and critics that didn’t even show a little respect and bravery for the country.

And So if we keep appreciating the beauty and fun that goes in using our own language. I think we should also be ready in learning our language thoroughly. Let’s push ourself in the deep of loving our own country, Hoping for the day that we won’t feel an outsider for our own Language and it will never feel like limited kind of set-up inside our own country.
