BATANGAS CITY - You can now book a tricycle in Batangas City through the cellphone application PARA Traysikel App.
This is a mobile application that aims to connect the tricycle driver to the passenger in need of a proper and systematic tricycle ride.
This results in secure income for tricycle drivers, fair or proper fares for passengers, safe and hassle-free flights.
Simply download the PARA Traysikel App. Enter here where to go, the app will find the nearest tricycle partner (Match), pick up and drop off the passenger (Ride) and the passenger will pay the fare listed in the app (Pay).
The PARA Tricycle app also ensures the safety of drivers and riders as important information about them such as name, address, and telephone number as well as pick up and drop off points are recorded.
When the driver arrives at the pickup point, the passenger must be able to provide a one time pin (OTP) that will match the system.
In the event of a COVID19 case, contact tracing will also be easy.
With the help of the PARA Tricycles app, overcharging can be avoided, the anti-colorum and anti-obstruction law problem caused by illegal tricycle terminals will be solved and traffic will be reduced.
Since tricycles are not allowed on the highway, there are designated areas where they can pass.
There are currently 212 tricycles and 221 drivers registered in the app which started the dry run and will last until December of the current year.
