BATANGAS CITY - On February 18, Cong Marvey Mario and Mayor Beverley Dimacuha personally supervised the distribution of food to the most needy residents of barangay Calicanto.

This is part of Marvey's Mobile Kitchen project, which was personally funded by Cong Mario, with the goal of providing lunch to the city's indigent residents.

It is held three times a week in various barangays.

More than 4,000 residents have benefited from the project since it began on January 29.

These include residents of barangays Concepcion, Tingga Labac, Balete, Libjo-Badjao community and Calicanto.

Studies and planning for the implementation of the mobile kitchen project continue to be more organized and more people can benefit from it.
