ANTIPOLO CITY, Rizal - Rizal Governor Nina Ynares proudly welcomed the Muay Thai athletes and expressed her support for their efforts in promoting the sport.

She also emphasized the importance of sports in fostering discipline, teamwork, and overall physical well-being among the youth in Antipolo.

The Muay Thai Association of the Philippines-Antipolo Chapter is dedicated to promoting the sport of Muay Thai in the Antipolo area and providing opportunities for athletes to compete at a local and national level.

Their youngest member who won is said to be only 9 years old, showcasing the potential for young athletes to excel in the sport.

The association aims to continue nurturing and developing talented individuals like him, encouraging a lifelong passion for Muay Thai and its benefits.

Cash incentives, tablets that they can use for studying, and sponsorship opportunities are just some of the ways the governor supports its athletes to help them reach their full potential.

The governor understands the importance of investing in these athletes, as they not only represent their local community but also have the potential to bring recognition and success to the sport at a national and international level.

She also said athlete studies are just as important as their training and encouraged them to prioritize their education alongside their athletic pursuits. By providing them with tablets for studying, the governor ensures that they have the necessary tools to excel academically while pursuing their passion for Muay Thai.
