As part of TESDA's highlights in celebration of its 26th Anniversary, with the theme “Bringing HOPE in times of CRISIS”, the TESDA Region IV-A shall be launching the Project TOTS in several priority barangays across the region.

On Wednesday, August 26, TESDA-Rizal will be conducting the Project TOTS to the residents of Brgy. Puray, Rodriguez, Rizal, and TESDA-Cavite at Brgy. Patungan, Maragondon on August 28. Meanwhile, TESDA-Batangas, Laguna, and Quezon will soon begin as it gets approval from its respective Local Chief Executives.
