IMUS CITY - The new Imus City Police Station was inaugurated on September 4, 2020 at Pedro Reyes St. Barangay Malagasang 1-G led by Mayor Emmanuel L. Maliksi and Regional Director PBGEN. Vicente Danao, Jr. of the Police Regional Office - 4A CALABARZON as the guest of honor.

The Imus Philippine National Police (PNP) headed by PLTC Gerald S. Dee consists of 150 staff. Seven (7) of them are Police Commissioned Officers (PCO), 137 are Police Non-Commissioned Officers (PNCO) and six (6) are Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP).



Currently, Imus has seven (7) Police Outposts located in Barangay Tanzang Luma 1, Mariano Espeleta 2, Anabu 1-A, Bucandala 3, Malagasang 2-A, Buhay na Tubig and Alapan 2-A.

This also includes Community Action Centers or COMBO Buildings headed by a joint office of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO), Imus PNP, Imus Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and Barangay. This makes emergency cases in the city to addressed faster .



Imus' campaign is also intensifying its security and reducing the number of crimes. The implementation of its programs against illegal drugs also continues, in response to President Duterte's call.

According to the record, the Imus PNP was able to conduct 128 operations this year, and 335 people were arrested.



Apart from the security and programs of Oplan Sita, the office also delivers various initiatives to the Imuseño. This includes the distribution of food packs in its “Kapwa Ko, Sagot Ko” program with 206 beneficiaries.

The office also provided free transportation with its “Hatid Tulong” Program, in which 13 citizens became beneficiaries, and “Free Rides” to 55 passengers.

The Imus PNP has also been instrumental in delivering assistance during the pandemic period, from check-points and patrols, to the distribution of travel authority to Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI).

These are just a few of the initiatives and programs undertaken by the Imus PNP in response to the government's massive campaign towards a peaceful and peaceful city.

In a statement, Mayor Maliksi shared his full support to the police and its programs for Imus. “Sa ating kinakaharap na krisis ngayon, isa ang Imus PNP sa ating mga naging katuwang upang mas mapalawig pa ang natutulungan ng ating mga programa, at masiguro ang seguridad ng mga mamamayan,” the Mayor said.

Malaki rin ang magiging ambag ng bagong pasilidad sa paghahatid ng higit na epektibo at agarang serbisyo sa bawat mamamayang Imuseño.

The new facility will also contribute significantly to the delivery of more effective and immediate services to every Imuseño citizen.
