Kabilang sa mga inimbitahan ang mga kasapi sa National Drive Against Professional Squatters and Squatting Syndicates (NDAPSS) na kinabibilangan ng Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC), Philippine National Police (PNP); Land Registration Authority (LRA), Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Office of the Solicitor General (OSG), Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Justice (DOJ); at National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) upang gumawa ng mga hakbang sa pagsugpo sa illegal squatting.

Naging paksa din sa pagpupulong ang pagpapatupad ng Republic Act No. 7279, ‘An Act to Provide for a Comprehensive and Continuing Urban Development and Housing Program, Establish the Mechanism for its Implementation and for other Purposes,’ na gabay upang malutas ang problema sa ‘squatting’. (Joselito M. Giron, PIA-Quezon with report from PIO-Lucena City)
